Monolithic Rollover Form

This is a monolithic rollover form produced for a wastewater pump station for the City of Austin This allows up to cast the product upside down and then use gravity to rotate it 180 degrees. By casting the product upside down, we are able to provide a monolithic base slab. A monolithic base slab is one that is cast with the walls. The monolithic base eliminates a cold joint between the slab and the walls. Casting the product upside down also creates a better gasket joint by preventing air from becoming trapped in the formwork.
